Plima Gorge Trail

The impressive Plima Gorge was shaped thousands of years ago by the glacier of the Cevedale mountain group, carving deep into the rock.
To make this natural wonder accessible, several spectacular viewing platforms and architectural installations were built, allowing visitors to experience the gorge up close while preserving the fragile environment of the Stelvio National Park.

Martello Strawberry Trail

The South Tyrolean Strawberry Trail leads through the cultural and natural landscape of the Martello Valley floor, passing traditional farms where visitors can learn about the life and work of local farmers.
Along the trail, several stations provide fascinating information about the famous Martello strawberries and their cultivation.

Waldberg Farm Trail

This scenic route leads through the varied natural and cultural landscape above the village of Martell, passing many traditional alpine farms.
Hikers gain insight into rural life in the Waldberg area – past and present.
The trail partly follows historic irrigation channels (“Waale”), which are still used today.

Seven information stations explain the traditional farming knowledge and cultural heritage of the valley.

Martello Alpine Pasture Trail

Opened in 2019, the Martello Alpine Pasture Trail provides fascinating insights into the centuries-old tradition of alpine farming in the upper Martello Valley.

The panoramic route passes four alpine pastures:
- Zufallhütte
- Peder Stier Alm
- Lyfi Alm
- Enzian Alm
Each pasture represents a different form of traditional alpine pasture management.
