ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Our rooms are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM at the latest.
BED AND BREAKFAST
A discount of € 20.00 per person per day will be deducted from the half-board price.

DOUBLE ROOM FOR SINGLE USE
Only available on request.
ROOMS WITH VALLEY VIEW
Rooms with a valley view can be booked upon request for a surcharge of € 5.00 per person per day. This is subject to availability.
DOGS
Daily rate (food not included): € 15.00. Dogs over 20 kg are only accepted on request.
The dog owner is liable for any damage.
Please understand that dogs are not permitted in the dining room, SPA area, or indoor pool. Please also note that there are no separate dining areas where dogs are allowed.
PAYMENT TERMS
For organizational reasons, please inform us in advance if you wish to pay your bill in cash on-site. Payments via EC card, credit card, or contactless wallet (Visa/MasterCard/Maestro) are accepted.
Cash payments are legally permitted up to € 4,999.00. Real-time bank transfers are also possible.
Please note: We do not accept cards identified as “Business Cards” by our terminal. American Express is also not accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 30 days before arrival: free of charge
29 days before arrival: 50%
14 days before arrival: 70%
7 days before arrival: 90%
In case of early departure, 3 daily rates of the room price (excluding meals) will be charged.
To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend our affordable travel cancellation insurance.

PARKING
Free parking is available directly at the hotel.
CHARGING STATION FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLES
A charging station for electric cars (max. 11 kW) is available for our guests. The price per kWh varies between € 0.45 and € 0.65. Charging is possible directly at the hotel.
BICYCLE GARAGE
We offer a secure garage for bicycles, including charging facilities for e-bikes.
LOCAL TOURIST TAX
As of January 1, 2014, a local tourist tax was introduced in South Tyrol. The revenue is used to maintain local infrastructure and services, as well as to organize cultural and sporting events. The tax is € 3.50 per person (aged 14 and over) per day, payable on-site. Children under 14 are exempt. The tax will be listed separately on your final bill.
