General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

In accordance with Art. 13 of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we process the following data:

  • Your master data (first name, last name, address, telephone, e-mail, date of birth, place of birth, language, etc.)
  • Your data in travel documents and IDs
  • Your payment data
  • The duration of stay requested by you, as well as personal preferences related to the stay that you disclose to us

The data is stored, processed, and, to the extent necessary and legally required, transmitted by us to third-party recipients (e.g., public authorities, tourism associations) for the provision of our services. Your data will not be transmitted to third countries.
If you refuse to provide master data, travel document data, and bank data, it will not be possible for us to fulfill our contractual obligations and accommodate you in our establishment. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making.

The legal bases for these data processing operations are:

  • the fulfillment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations towards you
  • consents obtained from you
  • legal, contractual, or other legal obligations on our part (e.g., documentation rights and obligations according to accounting, tax and customs law, contracting, reporting, or legal disputes)
  • our legitimate interests (e.g., improving our customer service, including the area of direct marketing, or safeguarding our own legal interests).

The duration of storage is determined by the duration of our business relationship, the consents granted by you, and furthermore by the statutory retention periods and legal obligations applicable to us.
You may request information about your personal data stored by us at any time and free of charge. As a data subject, you also have the right to withdrawal, access, erasure, rectification, restriction, and portability of your personal data, provided that this does not conflict with any statutory retention obligation on our part. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, all your data will be irrevocably deleted, unless overriding legal provisions are violated.
