What can I expect from the Panorama Wellness Area at Burgaunerhof?
Our modern wellness and spa area in the Vinschgau / Venosta Valley offers a wide range of facilities for relaxation:

It is the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking in the mountains of South Tyrol and the Stelvio National Park.
What are the opening hours of the pool area on the lower floor?
The pool area with indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, infrared cabin and relaxation room is open 24 hours a day.
There are no fixed opening hours, and the water is heated all year round.
This makes it ideal for early morning swimmers or a relaxing bath after dinner.
What are the opening hours of the Panorama Wellness Area on the 4th floor?
The Panorama Wellness Area is open daily from:
10:00 am – 6:30 pm
The different saunas are heated from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
Are massages and spa treatments available?
Yes. Our certified massage therapist offers a variety of treatments, including:

*cosmetic and beauty treatments

We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred treatment time.
Are bathrobes and sauna towels provided in the room?
Yes. Every guest receives a wellness bag in their room containing:
*a bathrobe
*sauna towels
For environmental reasons, single-use slippers are not automatically included in the wellness bag.
However, we will gladly provide them upon request.
Can external guests use the wellness area?
Yes. Depending on availability, we offer Day Spa packages that include access to all wellness facilities.
Day Spa access is available from:
10:00 am – 6:30 pm
Advance reservation is required.
Are children allowed in the wellness area on the 4th floor?
Due to legal regulations, the Panorama Wellness Area is accessible only for guests aged 16 and above.
There are no age restrictions in the pool area on the lower floor.
Is there an outdoor area in the panorama wellness zone?
Yes. The panorama relaxation room and sun terrace offer comfortable loungers and breathtaking views of the Martello Valley mountains.
Are drinks or teas available in the wellness area?
Yes. In the spa area you will find a tea and water station with a selection of herbal teas and dried fruits.
Is the wellness area included in the room price?
Yes. The entire wellness and spa area is included free of charge for hotel guests during their stay.
