1. What does the half board include?

Our culinary half board includes:

*a rich breakfast buffet in the morning
*a 5-course dinner menu in the evening with choices for the main course

2. Are gluten-free or lactose-free options available?

Yes, our kitchen is happy to consider allergies and food intolerances.

Please inform us when booking or upon arrival, so we can prepare suitable alternatives.

3. Are vegetarian or vegan options available?

Yes, vegetarian menus are available at any time.

Unfortunately, a fully vegan menu cannot currently be offered.

4. When are breakfast and dinner served?

We kindly ask our guests to be seated between 6:30 pm and 7:00 pm.

5. Can I book breakfast only?

Yes.
If you choose bed and breakfast, the daily rate is reduced by €20 per person per day.

6. What is served at the breakfast buffet?

Start your day with a varied South Tyrolean breakfast buffet, including:

*fresh bread from local bakeries in the valley
*muesli and grain corner
*fresh fruit
*egg dishes
*different mountain cheeses from South Tyrol
*homemade jams, chutneys and pastries

Drinks include:
*filter coffee served in a pot at the table
*cappuccino, latte macchiato or espresso from the self-service coffee station
*teas made from high-quality South Tyrolean herbs

7. Can I order à la carte?

No, we do not operate an à la carte restaurant.

Our dining room is reserved exclusively for hotel guests with half board, ensuring a relaxed atmosphere and the same table for the entire stay.

8. Can external guests join the dinner?

Yes, depending on availability and with prior reservation, external guests may join our 5-course dinner menu.

9. Are dogs allowed in the dining room?

We kindly ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the dining room.
During meal times, your dog should remain in your room.
Dogs are welcome in the hotel bar and lounge areas.
